We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

Please note that pre-purchased packages are non-refundable. Skin care products can be returned within 7 days of purchase with the proof of purchase and only if you experienced a true reaction. Please inform us if this happens. In any other circumstance, skin care products are non-refundable.
